We don't promise how many guests will move to your website: that depends on your hotel. We do promise that, when they arrive, they can book with you as easily as on the portal.

The money goes into your account, through your gateway, and the booking appears in your PMS with its rate and its payment. If a payment doesn't match its booking, you're alerted before the guest arrives.

Does it work with my PMS?
It works with the PMS you already use: if yours is not yet connected, we will connect it, included in the price and at no additional cost, with its own timeframe, which we will give you in the diagnosis. Currently, the only integrated PMS is CloudBeds⁴.
What if I exceed 500 conversations per month?
The fee includes 500 conversations per month with the reception. If you need more, each block of 500 costs €29⁹.
What if I want to leave?
There is no commitment. You leave by notifying us, and you take your domain, your data, and your content⁸.
How long does it take?
15 business days from when we have your content and your access, if your PMS is already integrated. If not, its connection comes first, with the timeframe we give you in the diagnosis. If the delay is ours, each week of delay is a month of free maintenance³.
